I purchases five vouchers at $35 each with a value of $100. I thought I could combine the vouchers for one purchase.

I was wrong. Picaboo treats each voucher as a "promotion". And only one promotion is valid per order. There is a 30 day window to cancel the voucher order.

But when I contacted customer support, they were closed! They are only open M-F 9-5 Pacific. When I did get through, I was three days past the 30 days window. They still wouldn't refund my purchase.

What horrible customer support. They've lost my business for good.

Don't use them! They have the worst customer service policy.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
