I ordered holiday cards from Picaboo this year, and paid Rush shipping. I reached out to Customer Service the day before I was supposed to receive them, and they told me they were still on target to arrive the next day.
I called again this morning, because their website says my cards are still in production, and a very unhelpful customer service agent told me there was a delay, and there was no estimate at this point as to when I would receive the cards.
They offered to refund my rush shipping, but that's not the issue - I need my cards today! I'm very upset and waiting to hear back from Picaboo on the timing.
